In Wellingborough Bee Bee Developments has lodged a mixed-use application for 40 acres at Eastfield Urban Quarter. The site will provide an urban quarter and will include 1000 residential units, flexible commercial space and community space.
The application is one of 6 that Bee Bee Developments are planning to lodge by April of this year including: Main Street A central business district near Wellingborough train station for the development of support industries Castleridge A mixed use development featuring health, education and retail facilities as well as 5,000 new homes to the north of Wellingborough. Pulse Park A much needed 3,000,000 sq ft business district designed to attract high quality businesses and provide high quality jobs for skilled employees.
