In Corby Bee Bee Developments has outline planning for 5,100 new homes and a new hotel, as well as a comprehensive range of public services including health facilities and skills centres including a new Norman Foster designed City Academy and a new construction college. The Priors Hall site consists of 500 acres of parkland and will include 3 new primary schools, retail facilities and community centre and is planned with sustainability and environmental responsibility at its heart. We have also secured planning consent for a new world class Euro Hub strategic freight interchange in Corby, which will create 3,500 new jobs over the next 15 years. We are also working with Corby Borough Council as part of a unique not for profit delivery vehicle, which will see through several regeneration projects around the town.
