Bee Bee Developments is a ‘place-maker', an organisation which works on major urban regeneration and growth agenda projects, bringing partners and experts together in order to deliver co-ordinated and added value property and location solutions on a large scale.

Founded in 1992 by Alfred Buller and Craig Best, the company has completed a development programme of mixed-use schemes in Central London providing more than 1.5 million sq.ft. over 50 projects.

Clerkenwell
Acquisition of the Clerkenwell estate in 1995 made Bee Bee Developments the largest property owner in the area, enabling the company to lead the regeneration process. Since then we have converted substantial parts of the estate into residential lofts, refurbished studio offices and retail space as well as working with the local authority to upgrade the local infrastructure.

Clerkenwell is now a fashionable residential area and an office location favoured by the media, IT companies, architects and law firms. Since Bee Bee first became involved in the area residential values have moved from £150/sq.ft. to £450/sq.ft. and office rents from £10/sq.ft. to £35/sq.ft.

Midtown
Situated in Central London between the City and the West End the area now known as Midtown was, before 2002, seen as an unappealing, low-cost office location. Following the completion of a development programme by Bee Bee Developments between 2002 and 2004, which saw delivery of 6 significant mixed use schemes providing 650,000 sq.ft. of new or refurbished space, the area is now perceived as a vibrant and exciting place to live and work.

Dublin
Bee Bee Developments (Ireland) Ltd is involved in a significant urban regeneration project known as Players Square in the City of Dublin – a 12 acre site on which around 1.25 million sq.ft. (116,000 sq.m.) of space, including residential, office, retail and leisure including a landmark, 27 story tower is planned.

North Northamptonshire
Bee Bee is currently involved in major urban regeneration and growth activity in line with the ODPM's sustainable communities agenda in North Northamptonshire as you will see as you explore the rest of this site.
